Stay Policies
A clear guide to booking, arrival, pets, food, and house etiquette for a comfortable mountain stay.
Cancellation Policy
- 15+ days before check-in: 100% refund (minus 5% gateway charges).
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days: No refund, but dates can be modified subject to availability and a 15% rebooking fee.
- No Shows: 100% retention. No refund.
Pet Policy
- We are a proudly pet-friendly retreat! Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome.
- Pet Fee: ₹500 per pet, per night (covers deep cleaning and basic pet meals).
- Pets must be kept on a leash in common dining areas.
- Guests are fully responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
- Please carry your pet's bedding. Pets are not allowed on the guest beds.

- Use water mindfully — every drop is precious up here.
- Keep cottages & trails litter-free, use the bins.
- Ask before plucking — we love joining in!
- Light bonfires only with our team, for safety.
- Be gentle with plants, birds & our friendly dog.
- Soak in the quiet — it's why the hills feel like home.
Kindly Avoid
- Don't waste water or leave taps running.
- Don't litter around the orchard or forest.
- No smoking inside the cottages, please.
- Don't pluck flowers or break branches.
- Never leave a fire unattended.

Identification
Valid government-issued ID is requested at check-in for registration purposes.
Winter travel
Road and weather conditions may change during winters; please check with the host before arrival.
